Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children - Need Level 3 Qualification
Location: Kettering
Salary: Circa £25k to £27k - Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa)Are you passionate about providing innovative care and education services to children and young people with complex needs? 28 days annual leave including Bank HolidaysAbout the Role: As a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker, you will:

Work with the team to promote and support the positive development of young people in our care.
Ensure day-to-day management is conducted professionally and competently, supporting the Service Manager in delivering the best quality care.
Lead a team, alongside other professionals, to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child.
Record events and observations, prepare and implement care plans and records.
Act as a positive role model to colleagues and children, fostering trusting relationships that promote recovery, growth, and lasting change.What You Need:

Minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child-centered, therapeutic models.
Excellent communication skills, natural caring demeanor, flexibility, and resilience.
Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
