Customer Service Administrator - Part-time
We are recruiting for our client on the outskirts of Braintree (in Great Notley) who are seeking a part-time Customer Service Administrator to begin ASAP on a temporary ongoing basis with the chance of a permanent position.
Duties will include:

Processing customer orders and making necessary amendments
Sending customer's their order acknowledgments and corresponding documents
Maintaining and exceeding customer service level standard with current and new customers.
Liaising with transport regarding customers deliveries
Liaising with production/warehouse regarding product and order lead times
Support with Website customers' orders and updates
Support with customer shipment process.
Assisting with any other admin duties.
Jointly maintain the Info email box- responding to customers in a timely manner
Phone support to customers
Load customer orders onto Priority, communicating required by dates to Production team and highlighting and monitoring urgent orders
Providing customer order confirmations and updates as necessary to customers.Candidate requirements:

Knowledge of the Priority ERP system would be an advantage but not essential

Must have previous experience in an office based customer service role

Available to begin immediately
Hours/Days: Monday and/or Tuesday and Friday (2-3 days per week) 8:30am-5pm with 30 minutes lunch. The client would consider school hours also on the above days.
£11.44 per hour, weekly pay
