Front of House Supervisor

Front of House Supervisor to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £28,000 - £30,995. Working hours are Monday - Sunday 8:30am - 5pm with a permanent day of in the week and working one weekend on, one weekend off.

Duties:

Ordering of soft beverages
Accurate cashing up after service
Managing the hospitality booking service, including organising and delivery to the required standards
Ensuring excellent levels of service to customers
Actioning customer compliments by praising staff and resolving complaints satisfactorily, referring to your line Manager where necessary

Experience required:

Possess good customer service skills
Good organisational and communication skills and a pro-active team player
Previous experience in a similar role
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and preparation
Liaise with kitchen staff to understand menus and daily specials
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
