The Social Care Community Partnership/The Nursing Partnership is Scotland's premier Social Care & Healthcare recruitment agency, sourcing Health and Social Care professionals throughout Scotland. Established in 2006 quality is built into everything we do; from day-to-day recruitment and selection processes to Local Authorities, Government bodies and Third Sector/Non-Governmental Organisations we work with. We provide high quality staffing to the NHS, local authorities and private sectors across Scotland. We recognise that our Health and Social Care professionals make decisions that affect the lives of thousands of vulnerable people, hence our primary objective is to ensure, through vigorous screening & in-depth compliancy checks we guarantee quality in every aspect of our work.

For clients we provide recruitment solutions for temporary and permanent staff with recruitment processes designed to support ad hoc hard to fill vacancies or large volume recruitment campaigns in addition to providing bespoke outsourced services for Local Authorities and Voluntary sector organisations alike. WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES EMPLOYER.
