Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Effectively communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively implement solutions to overcome obstacles.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among project teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within central London.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required).
