Salary - £35,000 - £40,000

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30pm, Friday 9am – 1pm

Our client based in East London are looking for a property manager to join their successful team.

Overseeing the day-to-day management of mainly residential with some commercial units. You will be responsible for tenant communications, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations, complaint management and rent arrears. The right candidate will have over 2yrs experience within a busy, fast paced property management role, be forward thinking and exceptionally organised.

Responsibilities:

* Respond quickly to enquiries

* Build and develop relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers

* Monitor rental arrears

* Referencing and other administration of tenant procedures

* Producing and updating tenancy agreements

* Prioritise daily workload and work to deadlines

* Apply outside-the-square approaches to daily problem solving

Requirements:
