Responsibilities:
Support students on a 1:1 basis
Managing behaviour and learning
Monitor progress
Follow pupil's EHCP
Encourage the child to be a confident and keen learner
Create a positive learning environmentRequirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally ASD/ADHD experience
Confident working with children with learning difficulties
Strong behaviour management techniques
Genuine desire to work and progress in Education
