Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller/Setter/Operator with offline programming skills to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to tackling new challenges across various sectors, working with advanced CNC machinery to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.

* Perform programming for complex components.

* Work with various materials, including aerospace-grade alloys.

* Manufacture fixtures to locate and hold complex components.

* Utilize high-pressure coolant systems and thread milling capabilities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Programmer/Setter/Operator.

* Proficiency in offline programming.

* Ability to work with tight tolerances and high-precision components.

* Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Our client’s milling capabilities include the manufacture of instrument gearboxes, motor plates, cover plates, and housings.
