Job Title: Office Administrator (Construction Company)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Sort delivery tickets efficiently for processing.
* Accurately process delivery tickets into Weighsoft in a timely manner.
* Report any identified issues promptly.
* Check off delivery tickets via Excel reports from Weighsoft.
* Produce daily reports as required.
* Self-bill invoices accurately and promptly.
* Check subcontractor invoices for accuracy.
* Perform regular duplicate checks to ensure data integrity.
* Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
* Monitor subcontractor ticket submission against Onedrive sheet and Weighsoft records.
* Cross-reference quarry tickets with invoices for accuracy.
* Assist with archiving duties when required.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
* Excellent typing skills, maintaining a speed of 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
* Basic Excel skills such as using Ctrl+F for searches, applying filters, and applying conditional formatting to identify duplicate entries.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
