Office working/ Chippenham pay Up to £60,000

I am excited to represent aswell established high street law firm. They are looking for a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join this progressive and supportive team. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in the success of the team, working closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and guidance. With a relaxed working environment where dogs are welcome in the office.

The Role:

The role involves managing all aspects of commercial property transactions, including daily oversight of related work files.
The firm serves prominent regional and national clients, including FTSE100 companies, providing engaging, high-quality work in a supportive environment with excellent staff retention.
The candidate will work alongside and be supported by the Director, with assistance from paralegals and secretarial staff.
This position offers a varied but manageable caseload, ideal for skill development and building client relationships.

This is what you will be doing as a Commercial Property:

As part of this dynamic team, you will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases, managing from inception to conclusion.

This is what you will be bringing to the team:

You will be either an Associate/ Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE

In addition, you will have:

Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with clients to provide practical legal advice.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience of working with high-value transactions and complex legal matters.
