We are looking for a Sheltered Housing Manager for our client to work at an independent living scheme for older adults. This is an ongoing agency role to start asap.
Based in Martock Somerset your working hours would be 20 hours per week delivered between office hours, no evenings and weekends.
Rate of pay is £20.21 per hour
You will have previous experience working as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager or have worked in Social Housing, Supported or Independent Living
Must have previous housing experience.
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident’s daily needs, and sign posting information,
You will also report repairs and complete Health and Safety Checks and be in charge of the running of the Scheme as a whole and will need to deliver a constant high service at all times.
Furthermore you will assist with managing voids and, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.
