Quality Technician
Part Time
Hereford (HR2)
Due to increase in work load, we are looking for a part time quality technician to join an automotive company in the Rotherwas area of Hereford(HR2). Although temporary, the role is a long term assignment and will be a vital part of the quality team.
Working Hours: 7.30am-3.30pm Monday to Wednesday
Pay rate: £11.92 per hour
Main Duties:
Assist in checking of automotive components
Unpacking/sorting products
Maintaining relevant spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
Manual picking of claims for return to factors
Involvement in quality meetings/continuous improvement activities.
Any other reasonable tasks associated to the position.
Once full training is undertaken, you will progress to inspection of parts.
Experience in the quality sector is beneficial and a forklift lic or forklift experience is desirable but not essential.
