Position: HR Business Solutions Manager
Contract: Full Time, Permanent - Office Based
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £60,000
SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a HR consultancy based in South Leicestershire, they are looking for a HR Solutions Manager to lead to lead and direct HR Advisory team, ensuring that both our clients and consultants have the best possible experience.
The Role
Direct the operational management of the HR Advisory team and the output of work. To manage Consultants' performance within a contact centre environment ensuring they meet KPIs and quality standards whilst maintaining a high standard of service provided to clients. To coach, inspire, motivate and support the team as necessary to maintain strong working relationships within the team and with our clients. Responsible for the performance and increase in efficiencies across the full advisory team including introducing new ways to improve our service.
What you will be doing
- Lead coaching initiatives for team leaders and consultants to improve departmental quality continuously.
- Provide leadership and support to foster a cohesive and motivated service function.
- Conduct mystery shopping activities to assess departmental performance.
- Identify training needs and improvement areas, and communicate them across the department.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance technical knowledge and service quality.
- Collaborate with management to design and implement development strategies.
- Deliver training to team members based on coaching and mystery shopping findings.
- Promote additional services within the Group and drive referrals.
- Manage Consultant workloads to ensure efficient client query responses.
- Monitor Consultants' performance and provide detailed reports.
- Prepare departmental reports as needed.
- Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews to maintain staffing levels.
- Address client complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage formal meetings such as disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Represent the business in external events and media engagements.
- Undertake any other tasks required by the Management Team.
What you need to succeed
- Senior leadership experience with a focus on collaboration with key stakeholders.
- HR experience, a passion for employment law is advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for coaching and fostering professional development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude to support, drive, and motivate team members.
- Proficient in people management.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, capable of handling pressure.
- Skilled in providing constructive feedback
