The role would suit applicants who have a recruitment background and ideally exposure to recruiting within the apprenticeship space. You must be IT literate and be confident with Microsoft packages.

The role is varied and will involve promotion and championing the company and its’ apprenticeship offerings to schools, colleges and other external avenues to recruit potential candidates. You will build relationships with key personnel in schools and colleges across the Midlands. You will assist with the planning and running of open events, attend careers fairs, parents evenings and support career activities. You will have involvement in marketing and increasing the company’s exposure/profile. As part of your role, you will assist with generating candidate pools, apprenticeship selection and the whole interviewing and recruitment process.

This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional to engage at grass roots and early years level. You will be involved in the whole recruitment lifecycle.
