Job: CNC Turner Programmer/Setter
Location: Leeds
Shift: Afternoons (Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 12am)
Salary: £18 – £20 per hour (DOE) + Overtime at time and a third
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join our clients team on a permanent afternoon shift in Leeds. If you are looking for a challenging role with a great work-life balance and a competitive benefits package, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines.
* Work with G-code programming.
* Ensure precision and quality in all machining operations.
* Perform regular maintenance activities to keep machines operating at their best.
* Follow health and safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in G-code programming, ideally with Fanuc or Haas.
* Experience with mill/turn machines is preferred, but not essential.
* Experience working with exotic materials such as Inconel is a plus.
* Candidates should ideally be apprentice trained, or have significant industry experience if not.
