Job Description
Following all aspects of processing safety protocol.
High speed automation experience.
Responsible for cleanliness of department and all processing equipment.
Contribute to highly productive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
Work with Team Leader during line clearance and 5S.
Communicate effectively with production personnel, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality.
Maintain good documentation practices.
Work from layout drawings, point-to-point wire lists and wiring schematics.
Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
An Assembly Technician is responsible for constructing small parts and components to create new products according to client specifications.
In addition, they perform diagnostic tests on assembled items and conduct adjustments when needed to make sure the final product functions efficiently.
Quickly and effectively detect malfunctions with machinery and inform managers or upper-level staff of issues as they arise.
