In our division 'Separation' we are looking for a Sales ContractManager (m/f/d) at our locations Vienna or Graz. A challenging position supporting different business and compliance fields in an international environment. This is an excellent opportunity in case you are looking for various responsibilities leading to interactions with different internal and external stakeholders around the world.


Aufgaben
  • Handle any cross-functional commercial activities dealing with Global Service Business including provision of templates, standards and guidelines
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, especially, Service Framework Agreements, different types of Service Contracts, Sales Contracts, Cooperation Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Distribution Agreements
  • Point of contact for Sales Team and Management to support and advice in a wide range of commercial, legal and strategic topics
  • Interface between internal clients and other departments such as legal, compliance, insurance or finance
  • Support internal projects to optimize processes and tools, such as digital approval and signature, proposal generator and contract management system
  • Supervise the implementation of agency process at divisional level
  • Manage and coordinate export control topics on divisional level
  • Support implementation of Contract Management processes governing the execution of critical equipment contracts

Profil
  • Completed studies in law and/or business administration
  • 5 years minimum experience as commercial manager or lawyer
  • Team player by at the same time being able to work autonomously
  • Agile and efficient while being rigorous, thorough and accurate
  • Business oriented with pragmatic approach
  • Proactive personality being solution oriented and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Excellent communication skills - fluent in German and English

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.066,84 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
