Major Accountabilities All negotiations with ophthalmologists, hospital buyers, head of O.R. and pharmacists to increase the use of our surgical products. Follow up and initiating offers from the client in agreement with all persons involved Reporting: Adequate reporting of detail calls on a daily basis. Reporting of competitors activities, changes in trends etc. Reporting and follow up of product related complaints. Follow up of consignment contracts with hospitals. Actions: Organizing wet-labs, round tables etc. Visiting with every ophthalmic surgeon average four (4) times a year. Organise visits for customers to manufacturing plant.
