Requirements:
Skills in Windows operating and server systems as well as Active Directory in the data center environment
- Experience with GPOs and user management
- Knowledge of application deployment in Terminal Server Citrix environments
- Familiarity with databases (including MSSQL) and PowerShell scripts
- Understanding of ITIL management tools would be advantageous
- Team player with self-organization skills
Responsibilities:
Installing, configuring, and operating server-side customer applications
- Analyzing and resolving operational issues in the 2nd-level area
- Administering and analyzing errors in collaboration with customers and manufacturers
- Assisting in projects and extending concepts
- Creating and maintaining operational documentation
