Assistant Office Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our dynamic dental practice at Commonwealth Dentistry. The Assistant Office Manager will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide excellent administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
Provide guidance and support to the administrative staff
Help develop and implement office policies and procedures
Assist in monitoring and maintaining office inventory and supplies
Handle patient inquiries and assist in resolving any issues or complaints
Ensure compliance with all regulations and protocols
Assist with financial management, including billing and insurance claims
Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in a dental office or healthcare administrative role is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and billing practices
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
