TIG & MIG Welder - £16 - £16.50 Day Shift Permanent position
Full-time, Monday to Friday
8am till 5pm
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our client in Morecambe. If you are looking for a stable and fulfilling opportunity with competitive pay, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
* Perform TIG/MIG welding tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality welds on various materials
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents
* Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques and materials
* Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products, troubleshooting and fixing any defects or issues
* Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a TIG/MIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Proficient in MIG welding techniques and able to read and interpret technical drawings
* Familiarity with welding equipment and tools
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds consistently
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
