My client, an established luxury housebuilder for 30 years, is looking for an ambitious Town Planner to join the team in their North West office.

The successful candidate will have excellent career development opportunities, and be involved in all aspects of Planning, working as part of the larger team, and leading your own projects. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across sectors and learn from sector-leading professionals.

The Position as a Town Planner

The position as a Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a full or licentiate membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Town Planner, you will support the growth plans by managing a number of sites through the planning process.

RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
Chartered (working towards) Member of the RTPI
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
Demonstrable previous experience.
