Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
 
LOCATION:              Bath
DURATION:              2 months +
HOURS:                    37.5  Mon-Fri 9-5
Salary:                      £13.67 - £14.63 PAYE Incl. £15.22 Umbrella

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a leading charity in the Social Services sector, on a contract basis. You'll have the opportunity to truly make an impact and contribute to the well-being of others.

Preferred Requirements:
Experience in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic care environment
Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to care  
Preferred Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Certification in First Aid and Moving and Handling
Background in working within a similar support environment
