Role profile:
* Assist with incoming/outgoing post
* Provide cover for the switchboard when required
* Input and retrieval of data on an bespoke database
* Filing documentation on the paperless system
* Producing reports and other documentation
* Health and safety compliance for the office
* Monitor and distribute emails from the department inbox
* Organise and book meeting rooms
* General office administration
Person profile:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good English and numeracy skills
* Accuracy and an eye for detail with good keyboard skills
* Self-motivated and able to use initiative
* Good organisation skills
Essential criteria:
* Due to the location must drive and have own transport
