Senior Administrator
Location: Hybrid working with both home working and site visits to a variety of locations (MUST be located in Leicestershire or Huntingdon)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £31,000 depending on experience
About the Role:
As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering excellent organizational and customer services duties across the Central contract. Working closely with the Head of Projects, you will provide support and guidance to teams across all sites, identifying areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the timely delivery of the Billable Works (Projects) programs for the Built Estate Central contract.
• Provide efficient reporting of the physical and financial progress of Billable Services.
• Manage the diary of the Head of Billable Works and handle staff absence and payroll reporting.
• Ensure all Project Trackers are monitored and updated in agreed timelines, consolidating data from all Central areas for consistent reporting.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in data-driven administration positions.
• Exemplary IT skills, especially in Excel V-Lookup and preferably Maximo applications.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Clean and valid UK driving license, as weekly travel to remote sites is required.
• Experience operating within an MOD environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with geography and establishments within the area of responsibility is advantageous.
• Ability to pass SC Clearance is necessary.
