* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
Your new role
* Working in a mobile multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the East Midlands region (Leicester, Nottingham, Loughborough)
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.
* Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, light replacements, light maintenance, filter changes and cleaning on AHU's, water hygiene, flushing, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties.
* You will be liasing with clients and stakeholders at different levels daily.
What you'll need to succeed
* The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications - highly desirable.
* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
