Service Engineer - Gas Detection

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with experience of Fire Alarms, Gas Detection, Security, now looking for training in to a new niche sector?
Our client, a leading manufacturer of digital gas detection products, is looking for a talented individual to join their team in the Midlands and South UK. Full training is on offer for someone with transferable skills.
As a Gas Detection Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, commissioning, and repairing the company's gas detection products. You will also be responsible for fault finding and maintenance, as well as providing client training. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be happy to travel around the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driving license, electrical-based background, and NVQ, C&G, or Apprenticeship qualifications. Past experience calibrating gas detection products is desirable, as is having a CSCS/ECS card and SSSTS certification. Candidates with a military background, particularly from the forces/navy, are also welcome to apply.
