Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Lincoln, Kettlethorpe
Pay Rates: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, (1 hour lunch break)

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager and act as back up to the Sales Office Administrator during busy periods.

Roles -
Providing support to Procurement Manager
· Raising purchase orders in line with the needs of the business
· Tracking orders and updating the relevant departments on delivery expectations
· Advise management of any price increase/decrease
· Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers
· Maintaining records of supplier contracts
· Maintaining strong relationships with vendors

Providing backup to Sales Office Administrator
· Process orders via email or phone
· Generate customer invoices.
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
· Maintain and update sales and customer records.
· Develop daily & monthly sales reports.
· Monitor unpaid invoices, chase debtors and report to accounts team should an issue arise.
· Develop and circulate monthly statement runs.

To be successful you will need:
· Computer Literate
· Experience in using ERP system (Sage200 ideally)
· Strong attention to detail
· Be able to develop and maintain working relationships internally and externally.
· Have knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
· Flexible approach and open to potential change
· Highly motivated with the ability to work individually and within a team environment.

Own transport needed due to client location.
