Due to an internal promotion, our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln, is seeking an exceptional B2B Sales Executive to join their dynamic and established business.  In this pivotal role, you will drive the business forward by generating valuable leads in the international food manufacturing sector.  Your responsibilities will include engaging with an existing client base to introduce a new product line, providing clients with a comprehensive one-stop shop solution.  Your expertise in outbound prospecting and strategic thinking will be crucial in building a strong pipeline of opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.  This role would suit someone who enjoys building rapport and working relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Executive:

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth, through B2B Sales.
Identify and research target markets and industries to compile a list of potential leads.
Utilise various tools and technologies to conduct outbound prospecting activities.
Qualify leads through strategic questioning and research to determine their fit with the company’s products and services.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition.
Track and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance lead generation efforts.
Reporting & Accountability

Submit key KPI results promptly
Track and record performance against agreed targets.
Collaborate with the team to meet budget goals.
Key Attributes:
Demonstrate experience in lead generation, sales or business development, with a preference for B2B setting.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiations skills.

Strong problem solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with leads through consistent communication, providing relevant information, and addressing enquiries.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Driven, intelligent and considerate in your approach.
