Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with Autism? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted good school to provide effective 1:1 and group support.
Responsibilities:
Support pupils with ASC in their academic and social development.
Assist in the implementation of EHCPs.
Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one support and small group interventions.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every pupil feels valued and respected.Qualifications:
Experience working with children with ASC.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
