4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Housing Management Support Workers to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services.
35 hours per week
Monday- Friday
Home working between property and office visits
Full driving license and car owner essential
£17.21 - 17.93 per hour via Umbrella Company This role will support 10-12 service users across 3/4 properties who are vulnerable adult and children service users who are based in charity properties across the Nottingham area.
You will offer housing support as well as a person centred support ensuring service users build confidence and independence as well as have access to the required support services with the aim of achieving a successful move-on.
The ideal candidate will ideally have some previous support work or housing experience in a similar sector and have a passion for supporting and helping others from vulnerable backgrounds such as mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, etc.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS Adults / Childrens check or hold a DBS on the update service Typical background may include Housing Officer, Housing Advisor, Homelessness Support, Welfare Support, Prison Officer, Youth Support, Family Support, Social Work or Probation Services Sector
