Polytec are looking for a Repair Administrator to ensure that repaired items are checked and tested prior to return for our client based just north of Cambridge. Security clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure specific rules, requirements and procedures are met
* Re-allocation of customer licences
* Keep up to date with knowledge of customer specific rules and requirements
* Functional testing of products after completion of repairs
* Allocation of numbers for customers wishing to send faulty products to the Repair Centre
* Unpacking consignments of faulty products ensuring paperwork is correct
* Assess requirements for repairs fees, based on warranty status and condition of equipment
* Request and process of customer purchase orders
* Liaison with customers, reporting progress on repairs and repair charges
* Escalation of incidences where turnaround commitments are unlikely to be met

Requirements:

* Higher level education
* Experience using ERP systems
* Generating reports and understanding analysis of trends in data
* Solid administrative background
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Familiar with MS Office
