We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Administrator to join our client logistics team. This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include processing and booking orders, handling communications, and maintaining detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Pick orders on the system.
Allocate orders to pickers.
Print labels and picklists/packing lists.

Carrier System Management:

Book orders on the carrier system.

Communication Handling:

Answer phone calls and respond to emails.

Data Management:

Update and maintain spreadsheets with accurate data.

Team Support:

Assist colleagues as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Logistics Administrator or a similar role in logistics.
Familiarity with logistics software or transport management systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
The shfts are 4 days on/4 days off with 12 hours per shift.

Pay rate:£12.10 per hour. Weekly pay!
