Pay: £75 - £85 per day

The school is seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 team and support the learning and development of their students. As a vital member of their staff, you will work closely with the Class Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires curiosity and encourages academic progress. For the right Teaching Assistant this role will be ongoing for the rest of the term, potentially extending into the new academic year.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

Relevant experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children to support their learning and development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the changing needs of the classroom environment.
