Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Employer’s Agent to join their dynamic and growing team. This role will involve managing multiple projects, primarily in the housing association sector, including high-rise flats, housing schemes up to 100 units, and new build care homes. The successful candidate will oversee between 4 to 8 developments simultaneously, ensuring high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple developments, ranging from high-rise flats to housing schemes and new build care homes.
Provide expert quantity surveying and employer’s agent services from project inception through to completion.
Conduct regular site visits across East Anglia to ensure project milestones are met and maintained.
Collaborate with directors and project teams to deliver exceptional results for leading care operators, housing associations, local authorities, and private development companies.
Utilise strong knowledge of Section 106 agreements and demonstrate a proven track record in housing association projects.
Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused services.
Requirements:

Degree in Surveying is essential.
Ideally MRICS qualified with a consistent and strong career history.
Extensive experience in housing association projects is crucial.
Strong knowledge of Section 106 agreements.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
