12-hour shifts, rotating days and waking nights
Working as part of a small, friendly and competent clinical team, you will work with plenty of autonomy but in a supportive environment with a qualified nurse management team.
With strong communication skills, our nurses are hands on and involved in every aspect of our residents’ care - ranging from personal care to managing and administering medication. While making sound clinical judgements, you will role model best practise and inspire and mentor junior staff to achieve their potential.
