Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: This is a regional mobile role covering the South & South East
Salary: £45-55k (Neg DOE), company car, bonus of 20% of base salary with potential of 40% if targets are exceeded and excellent benefits package

The Role: The purpose of the role is to manage an area specific geographical region with defined key accounts. You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the company-wide business development initiatives and for nurturing and developing relationships with existing/new clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities: Drive a profitable, sustainable and above market sales growth and contribution to achieve the annual operating plan (AOP) for all aspects of accountabilities within the area
Act as and represent the organisation as area lead and be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies as defined by the Sales Director and commercial leadership team
Deliver on or above targeted and budgeted sales in terms of volume, mix, margin and EBITDA
Build and maintain strong, long lasting mutually beneficial customer relationships at all levels including senior management level
Work with internal departments to constantly improve and develop the service offer in line with their core values
Provide accurate feedback on area forecast demand (monthly, quarterly and annually) for designated sales area
Manage strategic product and marketing development programs (in conjunction with product and marketing teams) to enhance the sales opportunities
Continuous development with changes in Building Regulations, legislation, competitors and other relevant building developments
Experience: Strong, proven client facing experience
Evidence of working to demanding goals and targets
