Swanstaff Ltd are looking for an RGN to join our client on a permanent basis working days on a 36 hour a week contract.
Our client based in the C05 area provides accommodation for 26 residents in a comfortable, secure, relaxed, and homely environment in which their care, well being and comfort is of prime importance. The home offers both single and shared accommodation, the majority of which is en-suite, and all refurbished to a high standard
The job role:
* Providing a high standard of direct nursing, companionship and personalised care to residents
* Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to residents according to the individual needs
* Ordering and administering medication
* Liaising with GPs, chiropodists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other members of the wider care team
* Supervising the care staff to ensure that a high standard of care is provided at all times
* Implementing NMC code of conduct, scope of practice and the Home’s policies and procedures
