Job Title: Employment Solicitor (4 years PQE)
Job Description:
A leading and long-established full-service law firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Solicitor with 4 years PQE to join their busy and dynamic Employment Law Team.
As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, disciplinary proceedings, grievances, redundancies, restructuring, TUPE, discrimination claims, and contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work with a range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations, across a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare, and charitable organizations.
The role requires a confident and proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You must be able to work effectively in a team and manage your own caseload, ensuring that deadlines are met and a high standard of work is maintained at all times. You will also be expected to develop and nurture strong client relationships and actively participate in business development activities.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 4 years PQE in Employment Law
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in employment law matters
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- The ability to think strategically and commercially
- Strong client focus and relationship building skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
