Electrical Maintenance Engineer

£42,500 per annum
Jark Construction are currently searching for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position starting as soon as possible. We are proud to be exclusively representing one of East Anglia’s largest and most respected M&E / Building Services firm. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be working within a tight-knit experienced Small Works team, working on a variety of different Commercial projects including Schools, Hospitals, Leisure centres, Offices, MOD and Gymnasiums.
Duties:
• Complete PPM Work and Reactive Maintenance.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance on equipment
• Minor Installations and quotations within a commercial setting.
• Complete routine maintenance work on all electrical systems.
• Isolate defective equipment.
• Record all work completed and complete adhering documentation.
• Complete task related risk assessments.
• Take part in the on call system (1 in 3).
• Be willing to undertake training workshops.
• Follow all company procedures.
Requirements:
• Driving License
• NVQ or City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
• 18th Edition and 2391 Qualification.
• Electrical circuitry knowledge and fault finding is essential.
• Experience carrying out PPM and Reactive Maintenance.
• We’re looking for someone with a strong install and maintenance background.
