Air Tightness Technician
My client is a rapidly growing building services company with 20 branches located across England. They provide a complete range of services that cover the entire lifespan of a project, starting from the initial concept to its completion. Requirements:
A valid driving licence.
Commercial awareness of Building Regulation and the Construction Industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good numerical aptitude.
Up-to-date knowledge of IT software packages.
Working knowledge of test regulations and guidelines such as BS EN 13829, TSL1, and TSL2.Duties/Responsibilities:
Collating and analysing data during testing and drafting reports.
Consulting with on-site stakeholders.
Planning and designing test methodologies.
Providing remedial recommendations when tests fail.
Transporting equipment between the laboratory and the test site.Benefits:
