Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Tetrosyl HR Team reporting to the HR Manager. The position is 24 hours per week and dates and times of work can be arranged to suit the successful candidate. It is expected to start in May 2024 and come to an end in April 2025.

You will work closely with your colleagues, in our Head Office at Rochdale, focusing on key areas such as maintaining attendance and holiday records on the database, processing new starters, staff changes and leavers, answering general employee queries and carrying out other administrative duties as required.

This is a busy role, and it will require someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who enjoys working at pace and can do so with accuracy.

Administrative experience is required. Experience in HR processes is desirable but not required as full training will be given to the right candidate.

Excellent communication skills, written, conversational and on the phone.
Excellent IT Skills, you must be confident using Microsoft Office, email and with data entry.
A positive attitude to work and excellent time management skills
The ability to effectively manage your own workload and priorities.
