Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for positions
Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to onboarding
Support hiring managers in negotiating job offers and developing competitive compensation packages
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to continually improve recruitment processesRequirements:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
