Are you a technician with a background in production / assembly looking for an exciting new opportunity with great training and remuneration package and the potential for a dual role within the senior team.
This company are a small business with ten employees but an ambitious five year growth plan off their recent high profits. Training is an integral part of the culture in what is a very specialised industry that supply lifting gear into the commercial and entertainment sectors.
This role would suit a technician with a background in production or assembly. Whilst a crane or lifting gear background would be advantageous all industries possess some transferrable skills. For highly skilled candidates there is a potential for a joint position acting as a workshop manager.

The Training:
Full product specific training on assembly, testing of electrical and mechanical hoists.The Role:
Assembly of electrical and mechanical hoists in the factory
Load testing of all completed products
Fault finding all products and completing necessary repairs before packaging
Servicing and repairing products being returned for maintenanceThe Person:
Experience with lifting gear
