WHAT YOU GET AS THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;
* Annual Salary of c £32,000 PLUS an Annual Bonus of 10%
* Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home – after probation

THE ROLE OF THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;
Will report to the Credit Control Team Leader and will provide day to day support in overseeing a team of Credit Controllers – this will include;
* Assisting with training
* Assist with planning of work load – assisting with escalated Credit Control issues
* Performance Reporting
You will then work as part of the team across;
* Daily Banking and Reconciliations
* Query Management and Resolution across the Suspense Account
* Key Client – Credit Control via Telephone and Email
* Agreeing Client Plans to recover the Debt
