About the Business
Our client is a rapidly growing boutique consultancy business seeking a dedicated Financial Systems Accountant to join their team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operational support for their clients' finance system implementation, focusing predominantly on Workday. The business has grown 20%, year on year for the last 3 years and is about to significantly grow further with significant new client wins both in the UK and abroad; this is a really exciting time to join a fantastic expanding company with a phenomenal culture.
Responsibilities
Work within a dynamic team dedicated to managing finance system configurations and optimisations within businesses across all industries, sectors across the UK & abroad.
Provide day-to-day operational support for finance system users.
Build relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders within the businesses that you're consulting.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to understand requirements and challenges.
Support the delivery of configuration changes and review new system features.
Participate in and manage finance system implementation-related projects.Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP system administration, configuration, and/ or optimisation.
Familiarity with ERP finance project processes.
Strong understanding of financial systems and business processes.
Experience in an ERP finance system support / "super user" role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working within a finance team within a business; understanding of the challenges faced and the benefits a efficient ERP system can bring
Technical background covering multiple technologies, with a quick ability to learn new areas.Benefits
