Cureyoursearch are proud to be supporting a family-owned care company who have a new opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager to join a great team.

If you are looking for a new challenge and have a current NMC registration along with experience of working in a similar environment, this could be the opportunity for you! Providing clinical leadership, expertise and guidance to a team of carers, ensuring the care and wellbeing of residents.

The Clinical Deputy Home Manager Candidate:

Registered Nurse with valid PIN
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in nursing or care home
Dedicated and passionate about delivering person-centred nursing
CQC knowledge and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Clinical Deputy Home Manager Package Includes:

Pay rate £22.50 per hour
Quarterly bonus
Free meals whilst on duty
Free parking
Blue Light Card
The Clinical Deputy Home Manager Interview Process:

The interview process for this role will be two stage.

Stage one – Face to face interview with the management team.

Stage two – Face to Face interview and meeting with members of the management team.
