Job Title: Team Leader (Young People)
Salary: £28,329.60 - £28,828.80 per annum
Location: Preston
Type of Job: Full time and permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week - 4 x 10 Hour shifts per week on a 3-week rolling rota (including weekends) but the weekends will alternative between either Saturday or Sunday

We are looking to hire a Team Leader for a Supported Accommodation service in Preston. The company offers safe, supportive environments for 16+ unaccompanied asylum seekers, homeless youths, and care leavers. The facilities include mainly flats (24 hour) and a Hub, operating from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
 
Team Leader Requirements
Effective Leadership (at least 12 months) within a similar environment.
Working in partnership with multi-agencies (e.g. social workers)
Confident with outlook, word and excel.
Be confident to communicate with all that come into contact with the service.  
Team Leader Responsibilities
You will assist in the leadership and management of the home's daily operations, ensuring a
safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our young people.
You will oversee the implementation of support plans and safety intervention plans, tailoring
interventions to meet the individual needs of each young person and monitoring their
You will develop and maintain effective communication with staff, young people, families,
and external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
You will promote and model our values in all interactions, fostering a culture of positivity,
respect, and empowerment within the home.
You will contribute to staff development and training, providing guidance, feedback, and
support to ensure a high level of competency.
You will manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance
with legal and regulatory requirements.
You will participate in the planning and continuous improvement of the home's service delivery.
