The Commissioning Nursing Home Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful setup and launch of our new nursing home. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the commissioning process, from initial planning to the grand opening and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing home management, a passion for elder care, and exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

About the Nursing Home Manager role and what the home is offering:

A permanent full-time contract of 40 hours per week working day shifts
A competitive annual salary of circa £70,000 depending on experience

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
Extensive experience in nursing home management, preferably with commissioning experience.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
