An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Thatcham as a Marketing Administrator. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week.

Please note, this is a temporary role until the beginning of July.

As the Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with photography, taking photographs at daytime events - uploading and organising photos into folders
Scheduling already made social media content
Managing inboxes
Collecting and organising printing for events, admissions, and reception
Raising orders for merchandise - researching options and costing
Supporting the fundraising team with managing inbound enquiries, processing donations, and maintaining contact recordsThe successful Marketing Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

Strong administration skills
Flexibility to cover one weekend in June for an event
